The action drama Washington Heights was released the next year. Navedo as the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC series Law & Order from 2001 through 2004. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages followed, as did Blue Bloods. Navedo appeared in a number of movies, such as El Cantante (The Cantante) and Remember Me. Navedo is also one of the regular characters for Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2011-2013) as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy. Superfast! was her first film.
